On December 7, the Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan reviewed the results of the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in the multi-mandate electoral district No. 15 and made the corresponding decision. According to this decision, the elections in the district were deemed valid, and the protocol on the results was approved.
As a result of the elections, the following candidates were elected as deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh:
- Turgunbek uulu Nurlanbek – 17,125 votes (25.38%);
- Tursunbaev Azizbek Atakozuevich – 10,713 votes (15.87%);
- Abdibaeva Aysarakan Nyshanovna – 3,988 votes (5.91%).
To organize the elections in district No. 15, 104 polling stations were created, and the voter lists included 160,200 people. Of these, 68,228 voters participated in the voting, which is 42.59% of the total number registered in the district.
Within the district, 59,691 voters cast their votes, which is 37.26% of the total. 8,537 people voted remotely, which also constitutes 5.33%.
A total of 15 candidates were registered for the elections in district No. 15, all of whom participated in the voting.
According to protocol No. 15 of the district election commission dated December 4, 2025, the distribution of votes among the candidates is as follows:
Kerimbaev Murataly Topchubaevich – 3,693 votes (5.47%); Umarov Adyl Umarovich – 2,491 votes (3.69%); Eshbaeva Mirgul Almanbetovna – 1,405 votes (2.08%); Abdibaeva Aysarakan Nyshanovna – 3,988 votes (5.91%); Abdibaeva Saltanat Nyshanovna – 551 votes (0.82%); Erbaev Alisher Tashbaevich – 8,179 votes (12.12%); Tumanbaeva Rada Muratalievna – 2,494 votes (3.70%); Mamyraliyev Bektemir Kudayberdievich – 2,692 votes (3.99%); Myrzaev Mirlan Jumadilovich – 259 votes (0.38%); Tursunbaev Azizbek Atakozuevich – 10,713 votes (15.87%); Turgunbek uulu Nurlanbek – 17,125 votes (25.38%); Önurbaeva Rakhia Rayymbekovna – 1,434 votes (2.12%); Narimanov Turgunbek Narimanovich – 4,770 votes (7.07%); Nyshanov Jaiylobai Danibaevich – 5,865 votes (8.69%); Kulbaeva Zulayka Eshmatovna – 1,291 votes (1.91%); "Against all" – 537 votes (0.80%). Thus, the deputies elected in the multi-mandate district No. 15 are Turgunbek uulu Nurlanbek, Tursunbaev Azizbek Atakozuevich, and Abdibaeva Aysarakan.
