The police announced the results of the verification of information about 2 candidates in electoral district No. 1
The press service of the Batken regional police reported on December 4 that a 42-year-old resident of the village of Katran in the Leilek district, D.Z., contacted law enforcement with a statement. In it, he indicated that on November 20 and 21, 2025, some residents of the village of Beshkent allegedly distributed money to buy votes for two candidates in the elections to the Jogorku Kenesh for electoral district No. 1.
This incident was registered in the electronic log of reported messages on November 25, 2025, after which an investigation began. As a result of the investigation, it was found that the video captured campaigners and authorized representatives of one of the election headquarters. The elements of the crime were not established following the investigation.
A copy of the decision and accompanying materials were sent to the Central Election Commission.
