- Electoral district No. 10 (consists of the Bash-Dobon, Tort-Kol, Iiri-Suu, Jazinsky, Myrza-Aken, Kara-Shoros, and Salam-Alyk rural areas of the Uzgen district, and the Alayku, Kara-Guz, Kara-Kochkor, Kara-Kuldzhin, Oi-Tal, Sary-Bulak, and Ylay-Tal rural areas of the Kara-Kuldzhin district);
- Electoral district No. 4 (the city of Nookat and the rural areas of Belsky, Jany-Nookat, Gulistan, T. Zulpuyev, Kara-Tash, Kenesh, Kok-Bel, Kyrgyz-Atyn, A. Mirmakhmudov, and N. Isanov in the Nookat district; the villages of Kichik-Alay and Chogom from the Kerme-Toos rural area of the Aravan district);
- Electoral district No. 30 (the city of Naryn and the rural areas of Bayetovsky, Ala-Bugin, Kara-Burgon, Togolok-Moldo of the Ak-Tal district; as well as the Dobolun, Jan-Bulak, Zherge-Tal, Min-Bulak, Uchkun, Chet-Nurin, and Emgek-Tal rural areas of the Naryn district; Ak-Moyun, At-Bash, Bash-Kayin, Kazybek, and Kara-Suy rural areas of the At-Bash district);
