According to this resolution, the elections for deputies in district No. 7 are recognized as having taken place, and the protocol documenting the voting results has been approved. Following the elections to the Jogorku Kenesh, the following candidates were elected:
- Alisher Abibillaevich Kozyuev – 20,672 votes (41.45%);
- Ilimbek Kubanychbekovich Kubanychbek – 7,711 votes (15.46%);
- Gulai Egemnazarovna Mashrapova – 3,478 votes (6.97%).
For the elections in district No. 7, 78 polling stations were created, and the voter lists included 141,414 people. A total of 50,685 citizens participated in the voting, which constitutes 35.84% of the total number of registered voters. Within the polling stations, 46,654 people voted, which equals 32.99%, while 4,031 voters (2.85%) voted remotely.
The Central Election Commission registered 13 candidates, all of whom participated in the elections. According to protocol No. 7 of the district election commission, the voting results for district No. 7, compiled on December 4, 2025, are as follows:
1. Ilimbek Kubanychbekovich Kubanychbek – 7,711 votes (15.46%);
2. Chynarkan Orozbaevna Idrysova – 1,751 votes (3.51%);
3. Gulbarchyn Tolonbaevna Chalova – 2,757 votes (5.53%);
4. Avazkan Chynberdieva Ormonova – 1,283 votes (2.57%);
5. Alisher Abibillaevich Kozyuev – 20,672 votes (41.45%);
6. Gulai Egemnazarovna Mashrapova – 3,478 votes (6.97%);
7. Gulmira Nishanbaevna Attokurova – 1,133 votes (2.27%);
8. Cholpon Abdyldaevna Zheenbekova – 499 votes (1.00%);
9. Tursunbay Bakir Uulu – 591 votes (1.18%);
10. Stalbek Abibillaevich Makambaev – 1,225 votes (2.46%);
11. Aktilek Akyl Uulu – 1,152 votes (2.31%);
12. Guluipa Arstanbekovna Djeenbaeva – 1,591 votes (3.19%);
13. Zamir Bayyshovich Yusupov – 5,461 votes (10.95%);
14. "Against all" – 571 votes (1.14%).
During the preparation and conduct of the elections in district No. 7, the Coordination Group for Operational Response received a total of five complaints. All appeals were reviewed, and written responses were provided for each. The decisions made were recorded in the Register of Complaints and Violations.
