According to the adopted document, the election results for district No. 18 were recognized as valid, and the protocol reflecting the voting results was approved.
The elected deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh for this district are:
– Khandzheza Karim Lemzarovich;
– Chomoev Bakyt Muratbekovich;
– Satieva Gülzhan Erkinbekovna.
For the elections in district No. 18, 77 polling stations were created. The voter lists included 140,104 people, of whom 49,052 participants exercised their right to vote. This constitutes 35.01% of the total number of registered voters.
A total of 45,461 people voted at the polling stations in the district, which is 32.45% of the total number of voters. Remote voting was conducted by 3,591 voters, accounting for 2.56% of those included in the lists.
In the elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in district No. 18, 16 candidates registered, all of whom participated in the voting.
According to protocol No. 18 of the district election commission, compiled on December 4, 2025, the candidates received the following results:
1. Khandzheza Karim Lemzarovich – 7,893 votes (16.33%);
2. Edigeev Zhenishbek Kubanychbekovich – 4,925 votes (10.19%);
3. Aydarov Manas Musadinovich – 303 votes (0.63%);
4. Satieva Gülzhan Erkinbekovna – 5,142 votes (10.64%);
5. Lurova Leila Khiyanovna – 3,939 votes (8.15%);
6. Oskombayev Azat Kubanychbekovich – 3,743 votes (8.15%);
7. Mambetaliev Altynbek Dzhumabekovich – 2,617 votes (5.41%);
8. Mamadjanova Munara Mamadjanovna – 1,047 votes (2.17%);
9. Bodoshyev Talantbek Temirkhanovich – 882 votes (1.85%);
10. Satybaldiev Busurman – 113 votes (0.23%);
11. Biymyrsaeva Damira Bayterekovna – 449 votes (0.93%);
12. Chomoev Bakyt Muratbekovich – 6,906 votes (14.28%);
13. Sartpaev Edik Ömürzakovich – 1,421 votes (2.94%);
14. Biibosunov Erkin Kubatbekovich – 6,815 votes (14.10%);
15. Ashirbaev Elkinbek Toktogonovich – 631 votes (1.38%);
16. Sultankulova Altynai Erkinbekovna – 587 votes (1.21%);
17. “Against all” – 924 votes (1.91%).
During the preparation and conduct of the elections in district No. 18, the district election commission received three notifications. All of them were reviewed, and decisions with written responses were made for each. These decisions were recorded in the Register of Complaints and Violations.
