As a result of these elections, the protocol was recognized as valid, confirming that the elections took place.
The deputies of the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic elected based on the voting results are as follows:
- Janarbek Akayev — 13,856 votes
- Ulan Primov — 11,009 votes
- Nurjamal Torobekova — 3,145 votes
The speaker at the meeting reported that the voting results at precincts 5514 and 5249 were annulled.
Candidate Zhyldyzkan Zholdosheva spoke at the meeting, accusing the district election commission of fraud, claiming that the election results at the two precincts were annulled due to falsification. She pointed out that the statement leading to the annulment of voting at one of the precincts was written on November 2, while the elections started on November 10. Zholdosheva also noted that the video attached to this statement pertained to a different district. “As a result of these actions, my votes were excluded. The statement also contained a call to annul the voting results at precinct 5250, but this was not carried out. Everyone involved in this must be held accountable,” she stated.
According to preliminary data, Zholdosheva ranked first among women in terms of the number of votes received, with 2,590 votes cast for her as of December 8.
Sultan Makilov, head of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, stated that the candidate should file a complaint with the police regarding her accusations. A video from precinct 5249 has surfaced on social media, and information has been received about possible cases of vote buying. An investigation is currently underway regarding this matter.
