According to this decision, the elections for deputies in the specified district were recognized as valid, and the protocol with the voting results was approved.
Among the elected deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh for district No. 21 were:
- Kuanychbek Kongantiev, who received 13,379 votes;
- Zhanibek Abirov, who garnered 8,914 votes;
- Zhyldyz Sadyrbaeva, who received 2,079 votes.
For the elections in the multi-mandate district No. 21, 58 polling stations were organized. The voter lists included 139,403 people. Of these, 40,393 voters participated in the voting, which amounted to 29.98% of the total number registered in the district.
At the polling stations located within the district, 34,286 people voted, while 6,107 voters voted remotely.
There were 21 candidates participating in the elections for district No. 21.
During the preparation and conduct of the elections, complaints and statements were received by the Coordination Group for Operational Response. All of them were reviewed, and written responses and decisions were made for each, which were recorded in the Register of Complaints and Violations.
