As a result of the meeting, it was established that the early elections in this constituency took place, and the protocol with the voting results was approved.
According to the election results, the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh for constituency No. 4 are:
- Rustambek uulu Sovatbek – 11,899 votes (20.35%);
- Zhaanbaev Ulanbek Korgonbaevich – 9,996 votes (17.09%);
- Alimjanova Nilufer Yakubjanovna – 4,264 votes (7.29%);
To organize the elections in constituency No. 4, 74 polling stations were created. The voter list included 128,343 people, of which 59,193 voted, accounting for 46.12% of the total number of registered voters.
At the polling stations in the constituency, 53,809 voters cast their ballots, which corresponds to 41.93% of the number of voters, while 5,384 people voted remotely, accounting for 4.20%.
In the elections for constituency No. 4, 11 candidates were registered, all of whom participated in the voting.
According to protocol No. 4 of the district election commission, drawn up on December 4, 2025, the votes for the candidates were distributed as follows:
1. Madmarova Elnara Abduvalievna – 3,060 votes (5.23%);
2. Rustambek uulu Sovatbek – 11,899 votes (20.35%);
3. Esenbaev Manarbek Baytokovich – 2,941 votes (5.03%);
4. Ilyazbaev Nurbek Ilyazbaevich – 3,153 votes (5.39%);
5. Amiraliyev Shabdanbek Kamalidinovich – 9,048 votes (15.47%);
6. Orozalieva Aigul Batyrbekovna – 758 votes (1.30%);
7. Narmatova Nadira Azimovna – 2,278 votes (3.90%);
8. Zhaanbaev Ulanbek Korgonbaevich – 9,996 votes (17.09%);
9. Alimjanova Nilufer Yakubjanovna – 4,264 votes (7.29%);
10. Mamadumarov Akhmedzhan – 2,986 votes (5.11%);
11. Abdivaliev Artykbai Turabidinovich – 7,827 votes (13.38%);
12. "Against all" – 273 votes (0.47%).
During the preparation and conduct of the elections in constituency No. 4, a total of 4 complaints were received by the Coordination Group for Operational Response. Each of these statements was reviewed, and written responses were provided. The decisions made were recorded in the Register of Violations and Complaints.
