The Central Election Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic held a meeting on December 7, during which the results of the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in the multi-mandate electoral district No. 29 were summarized. Based on the results of the meeting, a corresponding resolution was adopted.
According to the document, the elections in district No. 29 were recognized as valid, and the protocol with the voting results was approved.
Deputies elected based on the results of the elections in district No. 29:
- Sydygaliev Nurbek Omurbekovich – 13,067 votes (23.45%);
- Belekov Adilet Cholponbekovich – 9,535 votes (17.11%);
- Junushalieva Gulsunkhan Ishengazievna – 6,688 votes (12%).
For the elections in the district, 102 polling stations were created, and 137,758 people were included in the voter lists. A total of 56,307 voters participated in the voting, which accounted for 40.87% of the total number of registered voters.
At the polling stations in the district, 46,344 people voted, which corresponds to 33.64% of the list, while 9,963 voters (7.23%) chose remote voting.
Thirteen candidates participated in the elections, all of whom were registered by the CEC. According to the protocol of the district election commission, compiled on December 3, 2025, the distribution of votes among the candidates was as follows:
Belekov Adilet Cholponbekovich – 9,535 votes (17.11%);
Sydygaliev Nurbek Omurbekovich – 13,067 votes (23.45%);
Ibraev Talantbek Zhekshenovich – 505 votes (0.91%);
Toktomambetov Amankul Japarbekovich – 2,986 votes (5.36%);
Murzakiymova Altynkul Zheinbekovna – 659 votes (1.18%);
Edilbekov Cholponbek – 827 votes (1.48%);
Junushalieva Gulsunkhan Ishengazievna – 6,688 votes (12%);
Tynaliev Aijigit Kazakbaevich – 5,471 votes (9.82%);
Tashtanbekova Madina Tashtanbekovna – 541 votes (0.97%);
Kuruchbekov Askarbek Baktybekovich – 1,905 votes (3.42%);
Esenkanova Aizada Satarbekovna – 265 votes (0.48%);
Abikeev Temirbolot Asanalievich – 5,133 votes (9.21%);
Kulbarakov Abtandil Ilduzovich – 6,789 votes (12.18%);
“Against all” – 1,363 votes (2.45%).
No complaints were received by the Coordination Group for Operational Response during the preparation and conduct of the elections.
Based on the protocol of the district election commission regarding the voting results, the CEC recognized the elections in district No. 29 as valid in accordance with the current electoral legislation.
