According to this decision, the elections for deputies in constituency No. 19 were recognized as valid, and the protocol on the election results was approved. As a result of the elections, the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh became:
– Mederbek Kubanychievich Aliev, who received 5,532 votes (13.09%);
– Abdyldabek Zholdoshalievich Egemberdiev with 5,316 votes (12.58%);
– Edyta Kanybekovna Taygaraeva, who received 1,397 votes (3.31%).
For the elections in constituency No. 19, 62 polling stations were opened, and 138,862 people were included in the voter lists. A total of 42,845 voters participated in the voting, which is 30.85% of the total number of registered voters.
Of these, 97,973 voters voted at the polling stations, which corresponds to 27.34% of the total, while 4,872 people voted remotely, accounting for 3.51%.
During the early elections in constituency No. 19, 25 candidates were registered, and all of them participated in the elections. According to protocol No. 19 of the district election commission, which was drawn up on December 5, 2025, the distribution of votes among the candidates is as follows:
1. Mederbek Kubanychievich Aliev – 5,532 votes (13.09%);
2. Niyazbek Bekzhanovich Kulambaev – 178 votes (0.42%);
3. Aselya Raimbekovna Ibraimova – 750 votes (1.78%);

7. Rysgul Abdymanapovna Akimjanova – 1,298 votes (3.07%);
