According to the document, the elections for deputies in district No. 23 were recognized as valid, and the protocol with the results was approved. Among the elected deputies were:
- Surabaldiyeva Elvira Zhyrgalbekovna – 11,278 votes (27.66%);
- Mamataliyev Marlen Abdyrahmanovich – 6,932 votes (17.00%);
- Kydyraliyev Umbetaly Toktoralievich – 6,448 votes (15.81%).
To organize the voting in the district, 55 polling stations were created, and the voter lists included 132,442 people. Of these, 41,318 voters participated in the elections, which is 31.20% of the total number of registered voters.
At the polling stations in the district, 35,648 people voted (26.92%), while 5,670 voters (4.28%) cast their votes remotely. All 13 registered candidates participated in the elections for district No. 23.
According to the protocol of the district election commission, the voting results from December 3, 2025, showed the following results for the candidates:
1. Chekilov Rinat Erkinbekovich – 937 votes (2.30%);
2. Karybekov Ilim Mayrambekovich – 2,430 votes (5.96%);
3. Moldaliev Satybek Kalilovich – 322 votes (0.79%);
4. Turgunbaev Aliaskar Abdyldaevich – 183 votes (0.45%);
5. Chalov Ilyaz Almazovich – 5,841 votes (14.32%);
6. Askarbekov Mavlyan Amangeldievich – 380 votes (0.93%);
7. Davlyanov Damirbek Taiyrbekovich – 209 votes (0.51%);
8. Mamataliyev Marlen Abdyrahmanovich – 6,932 votes (17.00%);
9. Surabaldiyeva Elvira Zhyrgalbekovna – 11,278 votes (27.66%);
10. Isatbek kyzy Aida – 3,686 votes (9.04%);
11. Sharshiev Iskender Sherimbekovich – 296 votes (0.73%);
12. Khasanov Kanat Zerlikovich – 485 votes (1.19%);
13. Kydyraliyev Umbetaly Toktoralievich – 6,448 votes (15.81%);
14. "Against all" – 1,349 votes (3.31%).
During the preparation and conduct of the elections in district No. 23, the Coordination Group for Operational Response received 4 statements (complaints). All complaints were carefully reviewed, and written responses and decisions were provided for each, which were registered in the Register of Complaints and Violations.
