Additionally, a decision was made to involve banks such as "Aiyl Bank" and "Eldik Bank" to carry out financial operations within the electoral process, and a calendar plan for the elections and budget was approved.
It should be noted that on December 3, the Central Election Commission identified violations in the district, where 94 polling stations were organized for 160,340 registered voters. Fourteen candidates participated in the early elections. During the inspection, it was found that observers representing some candidates illegally installed cameras at 35 polling stations on election day, which violated the principle of the secrecy of voting. As a result, all 14 candidates were removed from the list.
