
The voting will take place after the annulment of the election results due to pressure on voters and bribery
The Central Commission for Elections and Referendums has begun accepting applications from those wishing to participate in the repeat elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in single-member constituency No. 13. The voting date is scheduled for March 1, 2026.
So far, 9 candidates have presented their nominations:
• Bakyt Kalbaevich Matsakov (born 1989) — director of LLC "BOUL"
• Gulnara Pazylzhanovna Abdyrazakova (born 1976) — head of the GTS department for the southern region
• Kadyrbek Musaevich Matsakov (born 1977) — private lawyer
• Ulanichbek Kaldarbekovich Cholponov (born 1981) — head of the Bazar-Korgon RES
• Toktorali Kaldarovich Kalmatov (born 1976) — private entrepreneur
• Baktybek Asanovich Asamudinov (born 1966) — lawyer
• Ulanbek Jalalovich Asanov (born 1970) — chairman of the board of directors of JSC "Issuer of Virtual Assets"
• Erkinbek Sadirbekovich Mamatayev (born 1972) — temporarily unemployed
• Akylbek Sovetbekovich Arstanbekov (born 1965) — chairman of the board of the NPF "Kyrgyzstan"
Applications for participation in the elections will be accepted until January 29, 2026 (until 18:00).
It should be noted that the results of the parliamentary elections held on November 30, 2025, in constituency No. 13 were completely annulled. The Central Election Commission made this decision due to identified cases of bribery and pressure on voters, which led to the appointment of repeat elections.
