The CEC of the Kyrgyz Republic approved the election results for district No. 9

In Kyrgyzstan, the Central Election Commission (CEC) summarized the results of the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in multi-mandate electoral district No. 9. Following the meeting, a decision was made to recognize the elections as valid, and the protocol with the voting results was approved.

As a result of the elections, the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh from district No. 9 are:

— Jalilov Azamjan Abdullazhanovich – 5,461 votes (4.43%);

— Tolonov Daniyar Ermekovich – 5,088 votes (4.12%);

— Egenberdieva Zhyldyz Abdyldaevna – 1,127 votes (0.91%).

For the elections in district No. 9, 68 polling stations were created. There were 123,213 voters on the lists, of which 41,800 people (33.92%) participated in the voting.
At the polling place, 41,502 voters cast their votes, which accounted for 33.68% of the total number of registered voters. Remotely, 4,849 people voted, which corresponds to 3.94% of the list.

21 candidates were registered for the elections, and all of them participated in the voting.

According to the decision of the district election commission No. 9 dated December 3, 2025, the voting results at some polling stations (No. 5050, No. 5054, No. 5548, No. 5577, No. 5039, No. 5040, and No. 5041) were annulled. Thus, the voting results were summarized at 61 polling stations.

According to protocol No. 9 of the district election commission dated December 4, 2025, the voting results are as follows:

1. Toktomuratova Gulperi Abdyldaevna – 500 votes (0.4%);

2. Abjaparova Uultai Amalbekovna – 785 votes (0.63%);

3. Kadyralieva Yrgal Karmysakovna – 1,099 votes (0.89%);

4. Tolonov Daniyar Ermekovich – 5,088 votes (4.12%);

5. Kantoroev Kubanychbek Abyltaevich – 1,176 votes (0.95%);

6. Jumaev Bayysh Erkebayevich – 3,024 votes (2.45%);

7. Batyrova Tashkhon Temirovna – 439 votes (0.35%);

8. Turdubaeva Gulmira Mamaevna – 964 votes (0.78%);

9. Egenberdieva Zhyldyz Abdyldaevna – 1,127 votes (0.91%);

10. Talipov Chyngyz Bazarbaevich – 3,785 votes (3.07%);

11. Kadyrova Zhyldyzkan Turumbekovna – 228 votes (0.18%);

12. Abitov Zhenishbek Esenalievich – 4,257 votes (3.45%);

13. Akayev Kilychbek Mutalievich – 2,574 votes (2.08%);

14. Akylbek Nursultan – 294 votes (0.23%);

15. Erkinbaeva Gulnarakhan Jumakovna – 984 votes (0.79%);

16. Daut Akhunov Sardarbek Ismailzhanovich – 571 votes (0.46%);

17. Nurunbetov Syimykbek Baltakhunovich – 126 votes (0.1%);

18. Umarbekov Boronbay Baitovich – 459 votes (0.37%);

19. Toltoev Ernis Mukashbekovich – 3,286 votes (2.66%);

20. Jalilov Azamjan Abdullazhanovich – 5,461 votes (4.43%);

21. Saipbaev Nurlanbek Zhanibekovich – 4,353 votes (3.53%);

22. "Against all" – 557 votes (0.45%).

During the organization and conduct of the elections in district No. 9, the CEC of the KR received 4 applications (complaints), which were reviewed, and appropriate responses were provided for each. These decisions were recorded in the Register of Complaints and Violations.

Based on protocol No. 9, the CEC of the KR recognized the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in multi-mandate electoral district No. 9 as having taken place. The elected deputies are: Jalilov Azamjan Abdullazhanovich, Tolonov Daniyar Ermekovich, and Egenberdieva Zhyldyz Abdyldaevna.
