“We continue to receive reports of violations of electoral legislation. We are also actively monitoring activity on social media. In particular, a criminal case has been opened in constituency No. 8, which is currently being investigated by the police of the Osh region. A case has also been initiated for constituency No. 9 in the Uzgen district. In total, 15 criminal cases have been initiated,” the press service stated.
It should be noted that the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums confirmed the voting results in the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in 29 out of 30 constituencies. The only exception was constituency No. 13, where the voting results were annulled.
