According to information from the press service of the regional police, criminal cases have been initiated on two of these materials. One of the cases has already been sent to court, while investigative actions are ongoing for the other case. Two materials are under consideration, one has been transferred to another region, and a decision has been made to refuse to initiate criminal proceedings on 68 materials.
All reports of possible violations during the elections are being verified by investigative operational groups conducting preliminary investigations. Decisions based on the results will be made in accordance with the law.
The Internal Affairs Department also reported that the elections in the region were held without serious violations, and no gross offenses were recorded. Police officers remain on heightened alert until December 2, 2025.
