Data shows that depositors have become the main source of this influx of funds: the volume of deposits increased by 35 percent, amounting to 800 billion soms.
The banks' loan portfolio also demonstrated noticeable growth, increasing by 40.2 percent and totaling 477.7 billion soms.
The volume of financing conducted according to Islamic principles rose by 91.5 percent, reaching 17.3 billion soms by the end of October. This indicates a growing interest in alternative financial solutions from both the population and businesses.
As of October 31, 2025, there were 21 commercial banks and 306 of their branches operating in Kyrgyzstan.
