How Have Prices for Residential Houses in Bishkek and Osh Changed in 2025?

In 2025, the price indicators for residential real estate per square meter in Bishkek increased by 26.8%, while in Osh, the growth was 37% compared to the previous year. This data was obtained from the analysis of the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography under the government (GASRKG).

In particular, in the Lenin District of Bishkek, the cost per square meter reached $1,867, in the Sverdlov District - $1,862, which corresponds to a growth of 37.1%. In the Oktobrskiy District, the price was $1,767, with a minimal increase of 7.8%, while in the Pervomaiskiy District, a square meter was sold for $1,575.

In Osh, the average price per square meter of residential real estate rose from $945 in 2024 to $1,295 in 2025.
