Citizens who were previously placed on the "blacklist" of banks will have the opportunity to apply for loans again after three years. This has become possible thanks to a bill that was approved in the first reading by the committee of the Jogorku Kenesh that deals with finance, budget, entrepreneurship, and competition development.

This bill aims to simplify citizens' access to credit resources and improve financial inclusion. In particular, it proposes to reduce the retention period for negative credit information from five to three years.

Additionally, the document stipulates that the negative credit history of borrowers who took loans not exceeding 10,000 soms will be removed after one year.

It is expected that the implementation of these amendments will help reduce the financial burden on borrowers, simplify the process of obtaining bank loans again, and create more favorable conditions for the development of small and medium-sized businesses.
