Farhad Artykov is a graduate of the Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn, where he obtained a degree in "Management Economics" in 2009, as well as a higher legal education in "Criminal Law" in 2016.
He has experience working in the banking sector, holding positions in security and internal control services, as well as at the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and law enforcement agencies. Additionally, Farhad is the son of the deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of several convocations, Anvar Artykov.
