The deputy is seeking support from government agencies to resolve supply issues
At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Dastan Jumabekov raised the pressing issue of the possibility of exporting beans grown in the Talas region to India. He appealed to the representative of the president and the cabinet of ministers in parliament, Almasbek Abytov, for assistance.
According to Jumabekov, local farmers are facing financial losses due to stable prices for beans within the country. At the same time, entrepreneurs claim that there is high demand and attractive prices for this product in India. However, the main obstacle to export remains the documentation: the phytosanitary certificate issued in Kyrgyzstan is not recognized in India.
The deputy emphasizes that Kyrgyzstan and India have established economic ties, and resolving this issue is possible through interaction with the relevant government agencies, the embassy, or through direct negotiations.
