Tajikistan increased exports to Kyrgyzstan by 19 times

According to the Customs Service of the Republic of Tajikistan, exports of goods to Kyrgyzstan increased 19 times. In 2024, this figure amounted to only $475 thousand, while in 2023 it reached $9 million.

Kyrgyzstan, as the only country in the EAEU that shares a common border with Tajikistan, is demonstrating active growth in trade turnover. Experts attribute this to the signing of a peace agreement and the Declaration of Eternal Friendship, which, in their opinion, contributed to the growth of economic ties.

In general, Tajikistan maintained trade relations with 124 countries around the world over the 11 months of 2025.
