
According to data collected from January to November 2025, the average monthly nominal salary in Kyrgyzstan, excluding small enterprises, amounted to 42,954 soms. This figure increased by 19.1% compared to the same period in 2024.
Taking inflation into account, the real salary during the reporting period rose by 10.2%, confirming a positive trend in the population's income.
Official data indicates that the growth of the average monthly accrued salary is observed in all sectors of the economy.
The largest increase in earnings was recorded in the real estate operations sector — 32.2%. A significant growth is also observed in public administration and defense, as well as in the mandatory social security system — 31.6%.
In the construction sector, salaries increased by 30.8%, in professional, scientific, and technical activities — 29.6%, and in administrative and support activities — 28.5%.
Furthermore, in the healthcare and social services sector, salaries grew by 22.8%, and in the hotel and restaurant business — by 20.3%.
Thus, the analysis of data for the eleven months of 2025 indicates a comprehensive and sustainable growth of salaries in the country, covering both the public and private sectors of the economy.
