
During the years 2021–2025, after the Kumtor deposit was transferred to state management, significant funds were received in the country's budget. This was reported by Adylbek Kasymaliev, the chairman of the cabinet of ministers.
According to his information, approximately $5 billion 115 million was obtained from production activities (which is equivalent to over 400 billion soms). In addition, about $1 billion 176 million was directed to the budget in the form of tax revenues and other payments, as well as approximately $441 million in the form of dividends.
Kasymaliev emphasized that the funds received from Kumtor played a key role in improving the financial stability of the state.
