Brent oil price rose to $70 for the first time since September 26, 2025

On the London ICE exchange, Brent crude oil futures for April 2026 surpassed $70 per barrel for the first time since September 26, 2025, as reported by RIA Novosti.

As of 12:27 Moscow time, the price of Brent increased by 2.34% and reached $70 per barrel.

By 12:34 Moscow time, the price of Brent continued to rise, reaching $70.05 per barrel with an increase of 2.41%. At the same time, the WTI crude oil futures for March 2026 rose to $64.86 per barrel, corresponding to an increase of 2.61%.
