According to the information provided by the Bailiff Service under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic, it was possible to recover 1,035,694 soms in favor of the State Tax Service.
As clarified by the agency, the enforcement proceedings were completed by the Suzak District Department based on the decision of the Suzak District Court issued on September 24, 2025. The debt was recovered from the debtor LLC "Jasur-Komur" for the specified amount.
During the enforcement process, measures of compulsory execution were employed, which allowed for the full recovery of the specified amount and its transfer to the claimant in accordance with the law of the Kyrgyz Republic. It was also noted that the enforcement document was returned to the Suzak District Court after its full execution.
