In Kyrgyzstan, bailiffs have managed to recover nearly 1 million soms from a child support debtor.
According to information provided by the Bailiff Service, an enforcement proceeding concerning the collection of child support from citizen M.A.Z. in favor of citizen K.L. has been completed in the At-Bashinsky district, which amounts to half of his income.
As of January 21, 2026, the child support arrears reached 940,000 soms. Thanks to the measures taken for enforcement, this amount was fully recovered and transferred to the claimant in accordance with the current legislation of Kyrgyzstan.
