
According to the Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of Kyrgyzstan, Bakyt Torobaev, it was revealed at a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh that the republic exports its agricultural products to more than 60 countries.
He noted that within the framework of state support for exports, protocols have been signed with China for 15 types of goods, and additional protocols for three new positions are expected to be signed in the near future. In addition, conditions have been developed for the export of 17 types of products without the need for protocolization.
“The registers for export include 462 enterprises working with the EAEU, 37 with China, 53 with Uzbekistan, 12 with Turkey, and 68 with the European Union. As a result, more than 60 types of products are sent to over 60 countries around the world,” the minister added.
Torobaev also emphasized that thanks to the efforts of the department, official permission has been obtained for the export of Kyrgyz honey to the countries of the European Union.
