The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan has presented the updated official exchange rates of foreign currencies to the Kyrgyz som as of February 18.
According to information from the regulator, the exchange rates are as follows:
US Dollar (USD) — 87.45 soms;
Euro (EUR) — 103.55 soms;
Russian Ruble (RUB) — 1.13 soms (slightly decreased);
Kazakh Tenge (KZT) — 0.17 soms;
Chinese Yuan (CNY) — 12.66 soms.
In commercial banks in the capital, the dollar is bought on average for 87.30 soms and sold for 87.80 soms. The Russian ruble can be purchased on average for 1.13 soms, while its selling price is 1.16 soms.
