The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan has presented updated exchange rates for foreign currencies against the som as of February 19.
According to the regulator:
The exchange rate of the dollar (USD) is 87.45 soms;
The euro (EUR) is valued at 103.45 soms, which is a slight decrease;
The ruble (RUB) costs 1.14 soms, which is also a slight increase;
The tenge (KZT) is 0.17 soms;
The yuan (CNY) is 12.65 soms.
In commercial banks in the capital, the average buying rate for the dollar is 87.30 soms, while the selling price is 87.80 soms. The Russian ruble can be purchased for an average of 1.13 soms, and its selling price is 1.15 soms.
