The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan has presented updated foreign exchange rates against the som as of March 12. According to information from the regulator, the current values are as follows:
- US Dollar (USD) — 87.45 soms;
- Euro (EUR) — 101.55 soms; (increase)
- Russian Ruble (RUB) — 1.109 soms; (slight increase)
- Kazakh Tenge (KZT) — 0.17 soms;
- Chinese Yuan (CNY) — 12.72 soms; (slight increase)
In commercial banks in the capital, the average purchase price of the dollar is 87.30 soms, while it is sold at a price of 87.80 soms. As for the ruble, it can be purchased on average for 1.103 soms, and sold for 1.14 soms.
