The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic has announced the start of public discussion on the draft resolution "On Amendments to Certain Regulatory Legal Acts."
As clarified by representatives of the regulator, this project is aimed at adapting the regulatory acts of the NBKR to the current legislation of the country.
Specific changes have been prepared in accordance with the laws "On Consumer Credit" No. 237, adopted on October 28, 2025, and "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts on Banking Legal Relations" No. 238, also signed on October 28, 2025.
