The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Oktay Urmambetov.
The meeting began with the awarding of the winners of the competitions "Best in Profession" and "Best Veterans Council," after which several leaders were subjected to disciplinary measures.
Issues of compliance with legality and service discipline among employees were discussed, and the plan of key activities for the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Chui Region for the first half of 2026 was approved.
Urmambetov highlighted important aspects of work, including employee discipline, prevention of domestic violence, the functioning of the licensing and permitting system, and the investigation of fraud cases related to land issues.
As a result of the meeting, the head of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Chui Region, Kanybek Abdyrahmanov, outlined tasks for improving service discipline, enhancing the quality of services provided to the population, and developing digital technologies. It was also instructed to strengthen measures to ensure public order, combat crime, including drug-related offenses, prevent offenses among youth, reduce the number of traffic accidents, and control registered firearms.
