During a general meeting held at the presidential administration, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev, summarized the achievements of 2025 and presented Honorary Certificates and acknowledgments to individual employees.
Opening the event, Kasymaliev congratulated the team on the arrival of 2026 and noted that the outgoing year was challenging but fruitful, and all the tasks set were successfully implemented thanks to coordinated work.
In his speech, he emphasized that significant results were achieved by the end of the year, which received high recognition on the international stage. In particular, Kyrgyzstan's gross domestic product increased by more than 10 percent, placing the country among the world leaders in economic growth rates.
The meeting highly evaluated the work of the departments responsible for interaction with regions, external and sectoral policy, as well as legal support and media coverage.
In 2025, the following results were achieved:
- GDP amounted to 1.8 trillion soms;
- The consolidated budget exceeded 1 trillion soms for the first time;
- The republican budget ended with a surplus of 34.3 billion soms;
- For the first time, development expenditures exceeded social ones;
- 341 infrastructure facilities were put into operation and other achievements.
