He noted that the sharp increase in population in cities like Bishkek and Osh, as well as in some regions, has led to a significant burden on state educational institutions. This circumstance prompted the government to engage the private sector more actively in the education sector.
As part of the reforms carried out, the following steps were taken:
- implementation of an online licensing system;
- cancellation of the need to reprofile buildings, provided sanitary norms are observed;
- reduction of the time for obtaining sanitary and fire approvals to 3 days in cities and 7 days in regions, instead of the previous 30;
- elimination of excessive inspections and administrative procedures;
- transition of the document submission and licensing process to an online format using an automated system.
In conclusion of his speech, Adylbek Kasymaliev emphasized that such positive changes were made possible by the coordinated work of all involved government agencies and expressed gratitude to the staff who actively participated in the reform process.
