For four years, Kyrgyzstan's economy has shown impressive growth rates exceeding 9%. This was reported by Adylbek Kasymaliev, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration, during a business forum within the framework of Central Asian Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC), dedicated to the development of the country's potential.

Kasymaliev noted that in the first ten months of 2025, the growth of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) reached 10%. In 2024, the nominal GDP of the country exceeded 1.5 trillion soms, which is double the figure compared to 2021.

According to data from the International Monetary Fund, Kyrgyzstan is among the five countries in the world with the highest rates of real GDP growth.

“As reported by the IMF, in 2024 Kyrgyzstan ranked in the top 5 countries for real GDP growth rates. The main factors driving this growth were construction, industry, and the service sector, which are developing thanks to domestic demand, investments, and large infrastructure projects. Economic successes are attributed to effective government measures aimed at modernizing the economy, improving the investment climate and competitiveness, as well as implementing reforms in public administration,” he added, emphasizing the importance of large infrastructure initiatives for stimulating economic growth.
