Over the past five years, the departmental organizations of the presidential administration have demonstrated impressive income growth, increasing nearly 30 times. This was reported by Kanaybek Tumanbaev, the head of the presidential administration, at a staff meeting where the results of the work for 2025 were summarized.
Tumanbaev noted that from 2020 to 2025, the income of these organizations showed steady growth. The specific income data for this period is as follows:
- 2020 — 479.2 thousand soms,
- 2021 — 770.9 thousand soms,
- 2022 — 1 million 249.0 thousand soms,
- 2023 — 5 billion 296.7 million soms,
- 2024 — 8 billion 334.7 million soms,
- as of the end of 2025, the income amounted to 14 billion 138.9 million soms.
Kanaybek Tumanbaev also noted that this significant increase was made possible by the initiatives and political decisions of President Sadyr Japarov. “The president set specific tasks for the digitalization of management and ensuring transparency of all processes, which significantly increased the efficiency of the work of the departments and, consequently, the income starting from 2022,” he added.
The head of the administration clarified that the income for 2025 does not include funds from organizations recently transferred to the administration's jurisdiction, such as LLC "Elkat" and the State Center for Registration of Motor Vehicles and Drivers.
“After the full integration of these organizations into the system, the income may rise to 25 billion soms as early as 2026,” he stated.
In addition, Tumanbaev added that as part of the ongoing reforms, cash payments are completely prohibited, and all payments are made in electronic format. This, in turn, has strengthened control over financial flows and ensured maximum transparency of the provided public services.
“These measures have increased the overall efficiency of work and created the foundations for stable growth of state revenues. We intend to continue working in this direction,” concluded Kanaybek Tumanbaev.
