Recently, Kanaybek Tumanbaev, the head of the President's Office, visited Tokmok to check on the progress of the construction of a residential complex consisting of 29 blocks. This project, supported by mortgage subsidies, includes 1,905 apartments, among which are 9 nine-story and 20 fifteen-story buildings. The information was provided by the press service of the head of state’s office.
The construction of residential buildings is being carried out in accordance with established deadlines and quality standards.
Each of the buildings will have five apartments per floor, which will be equipped with individual gas boilers. All buildings will also be connected to the central sewage system and constructed with energy-efficient technologies in mind.
The new complex will provide comfortable living conditions: children's and sports playgrounds, green areas, walking paths, and spacious parking lots. A school and kindergarten are located in close proximity.
This residential complex is a significant social project being implemented as part of the president's initiative to provide affordable housing for citizens.
"According to the instruction of the head of state, accessible, quality, and safe housing is being created for every family in all regions of the country. This large-scale project in Tokmok serves as a vivid example of such a policy," said Kanaybek Tumanbaev.
