More than 13 thousand families have already received apartments
At the opening ceremony of the new residential complex "Asman Residence-4" in the village of Lenin, President Sadyr Japarov announced that the State Mortgage Company has provided housing to more than 13 thousand families.
He noted that the authorized capital of the State Mortgage Company has increased from 10 million soms in 2015 to 87.5 billion soms in 2023.
According to the president, "The State Mortgage Company demonstrates a sustainable model of affordable housing, which allows providing apartments to thousands of needy citizens and also contributes to economic growth and infrastructure development. These achievements highlight the strategic importance of state housing policy."
In addition, Sadyr Japarov reminded about the digitalization of the housing application process.
"With the launch of the mobile application 'Tündük', the queue has been automated, which has helped reduce corruption risks. To date, more than 13 thousand families have already been provided with apartments, while over 69 thousand citizens are still waiting for their turn under the state program," the president added.
