All private driving schools will be transferred to state control - Tumanbaev
In Kyrgyzstan, all private driving schools will be placed under the control of state management. This was announced by Kanibek Tumanbaev, the head of the president's office, during a live broadcast.
Tumanbaev noted that this transition will not lead to layoffs or changes in salaries for employees of educational institutions. All staff of private driving schools will retain their jobs and working conditions.
“Driving schools will continue to operate as before, but now they will be state-owned. Salaries and other aspects will remain unchanged,” he added.
According to Tumanbaev, the main goal of this reform is to increase transparency and reduce corruption risks in the education sector. To achieve these goals, it is planned to implement the digitization of all processes.
The reform is also aimed at standardizing educational norms, enhancing the quality control of education, and ensuring equal access for citizens to educational services.
