All institutions directly related to the city of Manas have already updated their names. In particular, the Manas City Court, the Prosecutor's Office, and the Department of Internal Affairs are now in operation.
However, Jalal-Abad State University and Jalal-Abad Regional Clinical Hospital will retain their previous names, as they belong to republican and regional structures — the Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Innovations and Jalal-Abad Region, respectively.
As for official documents such as passports, birth certificates, marriage certificates, and technical passports for property, their replacement will occur as they expire.
Bank branches located in the territory of Manas will also change their names. At the same time, private companies can decide whether to change their name, but the city hall strongly recommends that they use the new name of the city.
The city hall also noted that Jalal-Abad Region will retain its name; however, in the future, Manas is planned to be made a city of republican significance. In this regard, facilities and institutions in its territory will gradually be renamed.
