He noted that the first phase has completed the construction of 986 apartments, which are already occupied.
In addition, Tumanbaev reported that by the end of this year, another 1080 apartments are planned to be completed, which will soon be handed over to citizens. This will allow many people waiting for housing through the state mortgage program to improve their living conditions.
The head of the president's office also emphasized that the remaining blocks of the complex should be finished by the end of next year, which will result in a total of 4754 apartments in the "Muras" residential complex.
During his working trip, Tumanbaev highlighted the importance of ensuring high quality in construction work, stating that "quality must come first," as people will live in these houses for many years.
Additionally, Tumanbaev raised the issue of a new autonomous boiler house installed on the territory of the complex. This system, delivered from Europe, is highly technological and provides economical and safe heating, which is still a rarity for Kyrgyzstan.
The "Muras" residential complex is one of the most significant projects of GIK aimed at providing citizens with quality and affordable housing.
