Tumambaev noted that one of the main reasons for the high accident rate is the lack of knowledge of traffic rules by drivers who obtained their licenses through corrupt schemes.
“Some employees of the center continue to engage in such activities, and this is the last warning. Law enforcement agencies are working on this. We intend to eradicate corruption. Do not think that you will be able to avoid responsibility. Among you are young people who should be ashamed of the situation. However, there are also those who diligently fulfill their duties. The corruption that has taken root in government agencies over the past 30 years requires change. If we do not change our approach, there will be no successful results,” Tumambaev said, addressing the institution's employees.
In addition, he announced that in the future, cadets wishing to obtain driver's licenses will take exams without the participation of examiners.“The human factor will be excluded. The exam will be conducted by artificial intelligence, and citizens will only be able to rely on their knowledge,” added the president's chief of staff.
