Do not think that you will be able to avoid responsibility. Among you are young people who should be ashamed of the situation. However, there are also those who diligently fulfill their duties. The corruption that has taken root in government agencies over the past 30 years requires change. If we do not change our approach, there will be no successful results,” Tumambaev said, addressing the institution's employees.
In addition, he announced that in the future, cadets wishing to obtain driver's licenses will take exams without the participation of examiners.“The human factor will be excluded.
