1,905 apartments are being built in Tokmak
Kanybek Tumanbaev, the head of the president's office, conducted an inspection of the construction of new residential complexes in Tokmak, as reported by the press service of the agency.
According to the provided information, 29 blocks are being constructed in the city, including 9 nine-story and 20 fifteen-story buildings. All apartments will be sold under mortgage conditions.
The construction work is proceeding according to plan and meets all necessary standards, noted the president's office. Each floor will have 5 apartments, which will be equipped with gas boilers. The buildings will be connected to centralized sewage, and construction is being carried out using energy-efficient technologies.
A landscaped area will also be organized around the residential complexes: children's and sports playgrounds, green zones, pedestrian paths, parking spaces, as well as a school and kindergarten in close proximity.
