He noted that in addition to the project developed by the State Mortgage Company, two large residential districts will also appear in Bishkek: one on the site of the old racetrack, and the other in Prigorodnoye.
“We plan to implement two significant projects. On the site of the racetrack, investors from Vietnam will build a multifunctional residential complex called 'Royal Central Park.' The second project will be carried out in the village of Prigorodnoye, where a large residential complex is also planned on 234 hectares. The parameters of the construction will be determined based on the characteristics of the site. In particular, in Prigorodnoye, the height of the buildings should not exceed five stories, so five-story buildings will be constructed there,” said the mayor.
It is worth noting that Prigorodnoye became part of Bishkek in 2024 during the administrative-territorial reform. In October of this year, the government decided to reclassify 234 hectares of agricultural land to the category of settlement lands. Multi-apartment buildings and social facilities are planned to be built here. It is expected that the project will be handled by LLC "Astoria Invest."
