The Cabinet of Ministers has decided to reclassify 1.92 hectares of agricultural land into the category of land designated for industry and defense. This resolution, numbered 705, was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet, Adylbek Kasymaliev.

On this site, it is planned to construct the border outpost "Ak-Buura," which will be located within the boundaries of the rural area of Manas in the Kara-Suu district of the Osh region.

The area, which contains perennial plantations and is state-owned, is located within contour No. 65. This decision resulted from the conclusion of the presidential representative in the Osh region dated October 22, 2025, as well as the resolution of the state administration of the Kara-Suu district.

The state administration of the Kara-Suu district has been tasked with making the necessary changes to the land registration documentation, as well as developing and approving urban planning documentation for the intended use of the site.

When constructing the outpost, it will be necessary to comply with sanitary and epidemiological norms and regulations, take into account environmental requirements, and provide for a system for the safe drainage of rainwater and meltwater, as well as anti-seismic measures. In the event that objects of historical and cultural heritage are discovered in this area, their protection must be ensured.
