Based on the order of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev and in accordance with Article 18 of the Constitutional Law "On the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic," a decision was made to relieve Iliyaz Azizbekovich Tashbaev from his previous position and appoint him to a new one.
Elchibek Jantaev, the presidential envoy in the Osh region, introduced the new first deputy to the local authorities. This position was previously held by Kurbanbek Aitbaev, who left it to participate in the early parliamentary elections.
Before his current appointment, Iliyaz Tashbaev served as the acting deputy plenipotentiary representative of the president in the Osh region, responsible for economic issues.
