During the negotiations, issues related to the upcoming early elections of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh of Kyrgyzstan were discussed. Igor Petrishenko presented the CIS observer mission, which was accredited as international observers for these elections.

The head of the Cabinet of Ministers noted that, at the instruction of President Sadyr Japarov, Kyrgyzstan strives to ensure maximum openness and transparency of the elections by inviting international observers from both bilateral countries and reputable international organizations.

“We highly value the participation of international observers from the CIS mission, the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the CIS, and other observation missions from participating countries. The presence of the CIS mission has become a symbol of trust, partnership, and solidarity for us,” emphasized Kasymaliev.
