Adylbek Kasymaliev, holding the position of Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the President's Administration of Kyrgyzstan, met with Igor Petrishenko, the First Deputy Secretary General of the CIS.

The main subject of discussion was the upcoming early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic. Igor Petrishenko, as the head of the CIS observer mission, noted that the observers have already been accredited to participate in these elections.

Kasymaliev emphasized that the president has tasked all government agencies with ensuring a transparent and free electoral process, excluding any interference. In this regard, Kyrgyzstan has invited international observers, both bilaterally and through authoritative international organizations.

"It is especially important for us to have the participation of international observers, including the CIS mission and the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the CIS, as well as representatives from the member states of the Commonwealth. The presence of the CIS mission symbolizes trust, partnership, and solidarity," noted Adylbek Kasymaliev.

The First Deputy Secretary General of the CIS, in turn, shared information about the work of the mission that will monitor the elections in Kyrgyzstan.
