The implementation of this instruction will be monitored by the Office for Control of the Implementation of Decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Presidential Administration.
This decree is based on Article 71 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic and paragraph 13 of part 3 of Article 17 of the Law "On State Procurement".
Background of the Issue
As part of the improvement of the road infrastructure in the Osh region, an additional 4 billion soms have been allocated from the Stabilization Fund. This was announced by President Sadyr Japarov on March 21 during a congratulatory speech in Osh, timed to coincide with the celebration of Nowruz.
With the allocated funds, repairs are planned for three key roads: Uzgen—Myrzake—Kara-Kulja, Osh—Batken—Razakov (the section from Nookat to Kyzyl-Kiya), and Osh—Kara-Suu.
Additionally, the president noted that necessary road construction equipment will be purchased.
As reported by Turmush, in July, the presidential envoy in the Osh region, Elchibek Jantayev, visited the Kara-Suu district on a working trip, where he familiarized himself with the preparations for the repair of the Osh—Kara-Suu highway.
